NINUTES OF SETTLEIIENT
The parties, without prejudice and without precedent, hereby agree to settle this grievance as set out below:
1. The Ministry will immediately reclassify the grievor to the classification of Maintenance Mechanic 3 effective March 4, 1987 and will forthwith pay to the grievor all lost back pay and benefits from that date, along with interest per the usual Grievance Settlement Board
formula.
2. The parties agree that this settlement will be an order of the Grievance Settlement Board.
