At the commencement of the hearirg sc:heduled :::
this matter counsel informed the Board that they were exploring
the possibility of seti'* ,;ng the grievance axi requested that
the Board recess while the' LF discussion-s continued. A
settlement was reached and minutes of Settlement were executed
and filed with the 3oard.
The minutes provide for the withdrawal of the
grievance, to which we consent, and include the recl;est that
they be incorporated in an Order of the 3oard, tb w:hic:h we
accede. The Board takes notice that the Minutes "are entered
into without Frejudice or Precedent,"
It is hereby ordered that:
,:. The grievor shall meet with the District Xanager, ; . .
Windsor District, Drivers and Vehicies Branch,
each Monday morning at the Windsor District Office
in order to plan the grievor's work itinerary for
the week. Ia the event of any disagree!?lent
concerning the grievor's work itinerary, the
District Manager's view shail prevail.
2. The grievor shail be allowed to use her OWR
yhicie when attending at Driver and Veh?lc;e
Licence Offices outside "Essex County. FO?
the purposes of these Minutes of Settlement,
Tilbury is deemed to be outside Essex County and
Wbeatiey is deemed to be in Essex County.
3. When the grievor is attending at Driver ar?d
Vehicle Licexe Offices in Zssex County, s:he s:na;;
attend at the Windsor District Office
for the purpose of picking up the XTC Vehicle
and shall use the.WTC~ Vehicie for the
purpose of attending at those Driver and Vehicie
Licence Offices and shall return.the ?-!TC Vehicle
to the Windsor District Office at the end of the
day.

be paid miieage in accordance with Article 22 of
the Collective Aqreement or the equivaler?t

to be paid mileage when driving from Chatham to
Wiodsor and bac!c.for the purpose of atte.n.diEg the
