INTERIM DECIBION
These grievances claim that Data Processing Technicians at
levels 3, 4, and 5 are improperly classified and seek advancement.
When the hearing reconvened on November 26, 1990, the Board
was informed that the parties' had reached an agreement to
reclassify Ms. Sheila Cole, presently at DPT-4 to DPT-5 effective
November 26, 1990. Further, the parties agreed that her
entitlement would be retroactive to twenty days before filing her
grievance.
Finally, it was further agreed that should the DPT-5
grievances succeed and are reclassified to DPT-6, then Ms. Cole -
will also be advanced to DPT-6 which will also be retroactive to
twenty days before the filing of her grievance.
It is so ordered.
