After hearing the submissions of Counsel, I ordered that the Employer provide to Union Counsel forthwith the following: (i) all interview notes and statements of bargaining unit witnesses relevant to these proceedings; and (ii) a copy of Dr. Dimock's letter to the Employer or Employer Counsel pertaining to the Grievor. Employer Counsel also undertook to provide to Union Counsel a general outline of the types of misconduct relied upon by the Employer to support its decision to terminate the Grievor's employment. In addition, Employer Counsel undertook to advise Union Counsel of the witnesses he intends to call on the first day of hearing, and will do so as soon as possible, making his best efforts to do so at least one week prior to the commencement of the hearing.
