INTERIM DECISION
In a grievance dated September 12, 1991, Donald Ede, a
seasonal employee, alleges improper lay-off. The parties agreed
that there is no collective agreement for the year 1991 and that
. all outstanding issues, including "job security" have been referred
to interest arbitration.
In these particular circumstances, the hearing is adjourned
sine die, with the present panel retaining jurisdiction. Either
party shall have the right to reschedule the hearing. upon written
notice to the Registrar of the Grievance Settlement Board following
the release of an interest arbitration award, or minutes of
settlement which determine the provisions of the 1991 collective
agreement.
