The Grievance Settlement Board orders that the -Minutes of Settlement, resolving the above-noted matter are confidential and may: not be divulged to anyone. 2. The Grievance Settlement Board fuither orders that the amount of money received by the grievor, and the process for the determination of that amount, are also confidential and may not be divulged to anyone. This order is to clarify that the parties arrived at a full and final settlement of the above-noted matter. . 2. This settlement was reached through a process of mediation and arbitration under the auspices of the Grievance Settlement Board. 3. At the request of both parties, the terms of that settlement are confidential, and the Grievance Settlement Board has issued an order declaring that settlement confidential. 1 4. This order will clarify that the grievor currently continues in her status as a union member and has all of the rights of any ‘other member of the public to attend on Ministry property. This order further clarifies that the grievor, while obliged to keep the terms of the settlement confidential, .is not restricted in any other way from communicating with anyone, nor is any. Ministry employee restricted in any wdy from communicating with her about matters that do not pertain to the settlement. 5. Media contacts to the Ministry with respect !o. this matter will be handled by the Head’ of Human Resources as the sole designated contact for the Ministry, and any media inquiries to the Ministry. should be so referred. 6. This order will be posted in the work area in which the grievor used to work for a period of ten days.
