Decision
[1] The Parties appeared before me on October 29, 2013 in respect of the above-noted
grievance and have agreed that it is beneficial to have an expedited ruling from the Board
without reasons.
[2] The Grievor, an employee of the Windsor Central Ambulance Communications Centre,
alleged that she was not properly scheduled for shifts for a period amounting to 160 hours.
[3] Having heard submissions of the parties I hereby order that the Grievor be compensated for
a total of 160 hours, which amount represents the alleged lost time until October 29, 2013,
after which date the Grievor will be scheduled for shifts pursuant to standard procedures.
