Briggs For the Employer: Andre Champagne, Counsel For the Union: Jessica Greenwood, Counsel The Parties invited me to hear and determine an individual grievance of Ms. Melanie Carter and a Policy Grievance. Both were regarding alleged violations of a Letter of Understanding that provides for a process to be followed in the event of Temporary Mobilization. After hearing the facts giving rise to the filing of these grievances and positions of the parties, I am of the view that there has been no violation of the Collective Agreement. Dated in Picton this 25th day of June, 2015. Felicity D. Briggs
