A hearing of this matter was held at Kingston, Ontario, on November 17,
2005.
CONSENT AWARD
1) It is understood that a reasonable guideline for the provision of
information under article 26.03B of the collective agreement will be 60
days from the date that an individual is hired as partial load.
2) It is further understood that the Union will bring any concerns about
missing information to the College in a timely fashion and that the
College will respond to these concerns within 30 days.
3) It is further understood that the College will provide to the Union
electronic copies of all partial load service lists going back to
December 31, 1999.
4) It is further understood that the College agrees that it will provide to
the Union a copy of the initial step placement calculations for James
Colgrave, Magdi Hanna, Veronique Nes, Uwe Piribauer, Victor
Welton, Dennis Carr, Debbie Cook within 30 days unless the initial
partial load hire date pre-dates January 2003.
5) It is further understood that this Board comprised of D. Carter, R.
Kelly, and R. O'Connor will remain seized of this matter to deal with
any difficulties relating to its implementation.
6) On the basis of these understandings the College and the Union
agree that grievances #2004-0417-0020 and #2003-0417-0074 have
been resolved.
