Dalzell Nominee for the College APPEARANCES: On behalf of the Union: Ian Roland, Counsel Doug Brand On behalf of the College: Lynn Thompson, Counsel Hearing held in Ottawa on May 29, 1991. AWARD After the hearing had commenced, the parties entered into a settlement and asked us to endorse the terms of that settlement in an Award. We are pleased to do so. 1. The College undertakes immediately to post and to hire five (5) full-time professors for the ESL programme; 2. The competition shall be in accordance with paragraph 3 of the agreement between the parties dated September 22, 1988; 3. The CEIC programme shall be reviewed upon receipt of additional information from Manpower but, in any event, no later than August 26, 1991 and attempts made to resolve whether or not additional full-time professors are required. Failing agreement, we will remain seized; 4. The grievance dated October 30, 1990, is consolidated with these grievances. DATED the 31st day of May, 1990. ~i~ on Nomine~
