ORDER
The grievor applied for a position of Municipal Secretary, posted as
job competition ER/8/89-11. She was unsuccessful and grieved.
At our hearing, the parties agreed that the Board should make the
following order:
"On consent of the parties and on a without precedent basis the
Board orders as follows:
1. The grievor, Deborah Shepherd, shall be placed in the position of
Municipal Secretary classified as OAG 7 in the Municipal Section,
district 8 in the Eastern Region, as the successful candidate to
competition ER/8/89-11.
2. The grievor shall be paid at the proper pay rate of an OAG 7 in
her pay scale for a 36 1/4 hour week, retroactive to 3 April 1989
and subject to any increase granted since 3 April 1'989 and subject
to the Bank of Canada interest rate for the month of April 1989
applied according to the Hollowell House formula.
3. The grievor and the Union agree to withdraw the grievance dated
3 April 1989.
4. The parties agree to make this an order of the Grievance
Settlement Board."

Thus ended the parties agreement. However, because tl~eir
agreement has been made an order of the Board, we will reserve our
jurisdiction to deal with any dispute which arises concerning the
implementation of this order.
