without precedent or prejudice the parties hereto agree to the following terms and
conditions in full and final settlement of the grievance before the Crown Employees
Grievance Settlement Board:
1. The parties agree that the grievors' duties and responsibilities are not adequately
captured by the class standard for the Executive Officer 2.
2. The parties agree that there is no other class standard available which adequately
captures the duties and responsibilities of the grievors.
3. The parties agree that a new class standard covering the work of the gAo/ors shall
be completed no later than 6 months from the date on which the Union provides to the
Commission the Memorandum of Settlement duly signed by the Union and the grievors.

4. Upon reclassification compensation as negotiated or determined pursuant to
article 5.8. I and interest is to be allowed to the grievors for the period commencing 20
days prior to the filing of their respective grievances. (Anita Fox-March 18, 1991; Robert
Seales-March 19, 1991; Jo-Anne St. Onge, Joseph Polley and Lynda Ackroyd-March 15,
t991; Fiona Cargill-Sim-March 15, 1991)
5. The parties agree that this Memorandum of Settlement shall be made an order of
the Board.
6. The terms and conditions of this Memorandum of Settlement are agi'eed to
without precedent or prejudice to any~ position which the parties may take in the future
regard/ng similar issues.
