The Employee Appraisal for Ain Lellep for the period January 2, 1990, to December 31, 1990, attached and marked as Exhibit "A", will be altered by the Employer in so far as there will be an addition to the "COMMENTS" section opposite Box 5, said addition being: "Overall, Ain's performance through this period was satishcto~. Ain missed more than 90 work days due to illness in this period." 2. Thc parties agree that this Memorandum Of Settlement will be made Award of the Grievance Settlement Board ("GSB"), and when said Award is released to the parties by the GSB, the Award and this Memorandum Of Settlement will constitute a and binding resolution of all outstanding issues with respect to the within grievance. .
