MINISTRY OF THE ENVIRONMENT
The following terms reflect a. final and binding settlement for
the grievance of Mr. Johnson, dated February 14, 1991:

evidence in court;
- preparing background for Environmental programs;
- working with Legal Services Branch in the prosecution

3. A work plan/training program has been developed for .
Mr. Johnson with his supervisor.
This plan includes a six {6) week training program (spread

During that period while the work plan is in place,
Mr. Johnson will be classified as an Environmental Officer 4

4. Mr. Johnson will be classified at the Environmental
Officer 4 level back to Febr%lary 14, 1991. A workplan
review by his supervisor commencing June 1992 and every
