MEMORANDUM oF SETTLEMENT
In full and final settlement of the above captioned grievance, dated October 17, 1991, the
parties agree without prejudice or precedent to resolve the matter on the following terms:
(1) The classification grievance of Laurie Peters, GSB #2462/91, shall be
consolidated with the award in Nadavallil and Ministry of Transportation, GSB
#141!/90.
(2) The grievor, Laurie Peters, shall be reclassified to the classification to be
established pursuant to the award in the Nadavaltil case and shall receive the
.., rate of pay determined as a result of the negotiations, in accordance with the
collective agreement.
(3) The grievor, Laurie Peters, shall be reclassified effective May 1, 1991 and any
retroactive compensation shall bear interest pursuant to the formula in
Hallowell House.
The parties agree that this settlement shall be made an order of the Grievance
Settlement Board.
(5) The Grievance ~ettlement Board shall retain jurisdiction with respect to the
implementation of this award.
(6) Upon fulfilment of the above terms of settlement, the grievance shall be
withdrawm
