Grievance Settlement Board # 0753/93 In the matter of the grievance(s) between: Ontario Public Service Employees Union (the Union) on behalf of the grievor Grievor- RuthAnne McCutcheon and The Crown in Right of Ontario as represented by the Ministry of Health (the Employer) Without precedent and without prejudice the parties he~eto agree to the following terms as full and final settlement of all matters in dispute pertaining to the above captioned grievance(s) 1 The employee agrees in response to the above noted grievances that it will offer a suitable transfer to another ward to Ms McCutcheon before October 15, 1993 ~ 2 The transfer will be restricted to the Admission wards/Intermediate wards/Rehabilitation wards 3 The parties agree that this settlement will be made on order of the Grievance Settlement Board ~-..
