The Employer agrees to reinstate the grievor as a casual employee in Metropolitan Toronto in the area north of Highway 401, south of Steeles Avenue, east of Yonge street and west of Highway 404 as selected by employer effective Monday, January 16, 1995, including store #555 located in the Cent~rpoint Mall 2 There shall be no compensation paid to the grievor arising from this grievance 3 The grievor's seniority shall be 3650 ~ours being his seniority at the time he last worked for the Employer as a casual employee in 1992 4. This settlement is without prejudice or precedent to the position of any of the parties to this proceeding. 5 The Union agrees that it will not process any grievance filed by any other employee as a result of the grievor's reinstatement 6. The Union and the grievor hereby withdraw the grievance 7 The grievor will sign a casual data sheet indicating his availability for work at the store to which he is reinstated. 8. The parties request that the G S B issue these Minutes of settlement as a consent order of the Board Dated at Toronto this 9th day of January; 1995. "L.
