ORDER
The gnevance of DavId Corbm dated May 12, 1994 IS hereby wIthdrawn without
prejUdICe or precedent, m accordance wIth a Memorandum of Settlement executed by the
partIes and dated January 25, 1996 as follows.
1. The UnIon and the gnevor agree to wIthdraw the gnevance
2. The partIes agree that the gnevor's employment WIth the employer has been
terminated as of March 18, 1994
3 In heu of notIce for the gnevor's termmatIOn, the employer agrees to pay the
gnevor hIS regular monthly salary plus an amount of $260 00 per month
(representmg the gnevor's average amount of premium pay) for a penod of
eight months. The eIght months contemplated 111 the notIce penod cf thIS
agreement runs from March 18, 1994 until November 18, 1994 mcluslve
4 The employer agrees to pay the gnevor the amount of five weeks of hIS
regular wages whIch represents severance pay based on hIS five years of
selVIce

5 The parties agree that the amounts listed m paragraphs 3 and 4 of this
agreement will be subject to all statutory dcductlOns by the employer
6. The employer agrees to reImburse, on behalf of the gnevor, the Mmlstry of
SocIal ServIces. Hastmgs County the amount of.
(a) $4,682.70 collected by the gnevor as welfare for the penod of April 22
to July 31, 1994 as per the agreement to reImburse sIgned by the
gnevor and the HastIngs County; and
(b) welfare collected by the gnevor dunng the months of September, 1994
and October, 1994 and up until the applIcable date In November, 1994
as per the agreement to reImburse sIgned on September 8, 1994 by the
gnevor and Hastmgs County The partIes agree that thIS amount IS
not to exceed $3,940 00
The above amounts may be subject to confirmatIon wIth Hastmgs
County
7 Upon proof of regIstratIon In a retrammg program, the employer agrees to
pay the gnevor $4,00000 for the purposes of retrammg The employer may
have the nght to demand that receIpts of retrammg be provIded by the
gnevor
