The Association states that the Employer has not confirmed the documents produced were in full compliance with its production requests. [2] The Employer shall have until May 29, 2017 to: I. Confirm to the Association that it has produced all the documents requested, or II. To the extent it objects to producing one or more of the documents, file with the Board a list of all such documents, containing a brief description of each such document and a brief statement of its reason for objecting to producing the document. [3] If the Employer objects to the production of one or more documents, the issue shall be addressed at the May 31, 2017 hearing of this matter. Dated at Toronto, Ontario this 24th day of May 2017.
