HEARING November 20, 2001
DECISION
The parties referred these grievances regarding holiday payment/overtime work on
statutory holidays to mediation/arbitration In accordance with Article 22 16 of the Collective
Agreement.
At the outset of the hearing, the Parties agreed that I had the JUrisdiction to deal with
this matter and they requested that I Issue a without prejudice decIsion, with no reasons
Having carefully reviewed the eVidence and the submissions of the Parties, as well as
the JUrisprudence of the Grievance Settlement Board, I find that the Employer has applied the
Collective Agreement In accordance with the language contained therein
I will remain seized of this matter
