The partles agree to resolve tins gnevance on the followmg basts:
1 The Employer- agrees to delIver to each cIassrlied employee m the
bargalD1ng UlUt, a copy ofluslher Job descnptlol4 evaluated factor levels,
respectlve factor pomts and total porot scores, all as SIgned off by
management on or before September 30, 1998
2 The Employer shall by September 30, 1998 delIver to OPSEU the
dehnuted files contammg at least allJoh descnpnons (WlthJob descnphon
code) and evaluatIon data (i.e Job descnptIon.., evaluated levels and p01nts;p
total pomts and rattonale statements) and Job rates (classrlicatton maxmlum
hourly rate).

3 The Employer shall by September 30, 1998 dt-lIver to OPSEU Excel
spreadsheets contammg at least the poslnon cooe and work site name, If
available, and address of all poSlnons. The Employer skill proVIde updates
no more than monthly as requested by OPSEU
4 The Employer shall contInue to deliver to OPSEU ~summary
spreadsheets'" ill Excel contammg Job descnptlon codes along With the
number of poslhons hnked to that Job descnphOn. along wrth. the factor
levels~ whenever these spreadsheets are provIded to MBS CompensatIon
Serv1ces Branch.
5 The Employer shall proVide OPSEU WIth an Excel summary
spreadsheet cQntammg the number of posItIOns for each current
I classIficatIon, for each Job descnptlOfi number, mdudmg mctor levels and
total poInts for each. job descnpuon and current Job rate for each
classIficatIon (each !me of spreadsheet) Tlus spreadsheet shall be proVided
by September 30. 1998 and updated thereafter wbeneyer updated
spreadsheets set out m paragraph 4 are prOVided to MBS Compensat1on
ServIces Branch.
6 Followmg September 30" 1998" the Employer wiII proVlde OPSEU
WIth any updates It proVides ~...mS Compensatlon Sef\'1c~ Branch of the
matenaIs referred to In paragraphs 2" 4;. and 5 above.
7 By October 31;r 1998" the Employer will estabhsh a ser~r at CIS
cont~m1ng all the mfonna:tIon ill paragraph 2 (except Job rates) m document

11 The gnevance IS WIthdrawn.
12 Tlns agreement shall contInue until replaced or termmated by a
subsequent separate agreement or by any agreement made ill collectIve
bare~nnmg.
13 TIns memorandum shall be made an order of the Gnevance
Settlement Board.
