Decision
I. ThIs matter came back to me for the purpose of the clanficatIOn of paragraph 3 of
the DeCISIon dated May 15, 2000 Paragraph 6 of tha t DeCISIon provIded that I
remam seIzed of all matters ansmg out of the Award.
II. The Employer asserted that ArtIcle 32,36 and 39 of the collectIve agreement fall
under the general exemptIOn set out m paragraph 3 of the DeCISIon.
III. Havmg consulted my notes and recollectIOn from the first day of heanng, I find
that ArtIcles 32, 36 and 39 were to form part of the exemptIOn of coverage for the
affected employees.

DeCISIon dated May 15,2000
