DECISION
1 This matter was listed for hearing on January 23, 2002 to deal with the
consolidation of GSB file #s 0420/00, 0467/01, 0778/01, and 1473/01, and my
JUrisdiction to entertain remedies and eVidence outside the strict parameters of
the Memorandum of Settlement dated October 3, 2000
2 At the beginning of the hearing on January 23, 2002 I directed that the GSB file
numbers relating to grievances filed on the behalf of a Ms Banltslotls are to be
listed together for hearing These GSB file #s Include 0420/00, 0467/01,
0778/01, and 1473/01 The Union In light of my direction, withdrew ItS request
that the matters be consolidated As well, the employer reserved ItS right to raise
JUrisdictional Issues In the Individual files as they are heard sequentially before
me
3 These matters are listed for hearing before me on March 4, and 8, 2002 At that
time I will first proceed with GSB file #0420/00 (Issues relating to the
Memorandum of Settlement)
