ORDER
In my dedsion dated February 12, 2001, I determined that there remained open issues related to the
CNCC RFP
A further hearing was rescheduled to address these issues and to determine the number of
employees given the opportunity to accept assignment to GA TU
I now make the following order
1 Five additional correctional officer positions will be assigned to GA TU
2. Guelph correctional officers, who previously elected to be assigned to GA TU, may accept
assignment to GA TU in descending order of seniority until the number of persons who have
accepted has reached 5
3 The employees will be given this opportunity on February 27,2001 and given 3 working days
to accept or decline the assignment.
This order resolves all issues arising out ofthe CNCC RFP and GA TU raised in any individual, glUJp
or policy grievances I shall remain seized of any problems with the interpretation or implementation
of this Order
