The gnevance IS dated December 24 2001 and states the followmg
I gneve that the Employer vIOlated the Ontano Human Rights Code, when It acted m a
dIscnmmatory fashIOn by denymg me the abIlIty to apply and work for the Ontano PublIc
ServIce dunng my penSIOn bndgmg.
The employer takes the posItIOn that there IS no vIOlatIOn of the collectIve agreement nor the
Code The umon does not dIsagree wIth that assessment.
Havmg regard to the posItIOns of the partIes, the fact that there IS no dIspute between them and
that there IS no mdIcatIOn of dIscnmmatory treatment, the gnevance IS hereby dIsmIssed.
