ORDER
At a mediation held April 3, 2002 at the Board's offices the parties agreed that the following be,
and the same is hereby, made an Order of the Board
The PartIes hereby agree to a full and final settlement of the above noted gnevances, on a
wIthout preJudIce and wIthout precedent basIs, on the folloWIng terms
1 The Mimstry agrees to place the gnevor In the posItIOn of RegIstratIOn Control Clerk In a
temporary assIgnment for a penod of five and one half months commenCIng on June 3
2003
2 At the end of the temporary assIgnment Ms SIson wIll return to her home posItIOn.
3 The Umon and the Gnevor agree to wIthdraw the above noted gnevances
4 The PartIes agree that thIS agreement wIll be made an order of the Gnevance Settlement
Board.
5 The PartIes agree that thIS agreement does not constItute an admISSIOn of wrongdoIng by
the employer
