A Notice of Proceeding to that effect, dated October 30, 2017, was sent to the complainant. On March 5, 2018 representatives for the Employer attended. The complainant was not in attendance. The matter was stood down for a period of time. The Employer then made inquiries and learned that the complainant was at work conducting training. I have no further information as to the reasons for the complainant’s absence from the mediation. [2] At 11am and in the absence of the complainant I heard the Employer’s submission. The following direction takes those submissions into account. [3] I hereby direct as follows: (a) This matter is referred to the Registrar of the Board to schedule a new date. The complaints are to be listed for med/arb. (b) The complainant is hereby directed to provide full written particulars of his complaints. Those written particulars are to be provided to the Employer and to the Board by no later than 60 days prior to the next scheduled date.
