[2] This matter is scheduled to proceed on September 22, 2020. [3] The Employer provided significant documentary disclosure to the Association in advance of its request. However, the Association’s response to the Employer’s request for particulars remains outstanding. [4] The Association advises that the Complainant is unable to take the necessary steps to provide the Association with the particulars of his allegations at this time. He has provided a medical note to the Association indicating this will remain the case until September 8, 2020. [5] Because the Association has been unable to get the Complainant’s permission to do so, it was unable to share the contents of the note with either the Employer or myself. [6] In the circumstances, and in order to preserve the September 22, 2020 date, the Employer has agreed to a somewhat truncated timeframe for the receipt of the outstanding particulars. [7] Accordingly, the Association is directed to provide to the Employer, by no later than September 17, 2020, the particulars of the Complainant’s grievance. Dated at Toronto, Ontario this 31st day of August, 2020. “Tatiana Wacyk” Tatiana Wacyk, Arbitrator
