parties attended a virtual mediation on October 25, 2022 and a case
management session on October 28, 2022.
[2] Based on my discussion with the parties on October 28, 2022, it was agreed that
within 2 weeks of this Decision, the Employer shall provide the Union with job

Health Services Division.
[3] The Union and the Grievor confirm to keep the job competition file and its
contents confidential and undertake not to make any copies of the job
competition file, share it electronically, or discuss its contents with anyone who is
not a party to this proceeding.
[4] No later than 30 days before the next scheduled hearing date, the Employer will
provide the Union with a copy of its Covid Policy and Protocols in place since
March 2020. In addition, the Employer shall provide any particulars of
management directions or policies about how Investigators take statements from
paramedics or ambulance communications officers.
[5] The parties agree to share all arguably relevant documents with each other no
later than 30 days before the next scheduled hearing date.
