Decision
1. This matter came on for hearing on December 6, 2022. After having consulted
with and hearing the submissions of the parties it is ordered, on consent, as
follows;
The Employer is ordered to make its best efforts to provide, by February
21, 2023, the Union with all arguably relevant documents that were
created between January 1, 2019 and January 25, 2022, including but not
limited to:
1) all correspondence between OSI Employer representatives/resources and
Modernization Division regarding COTA Curriculum and CFT-CO
curriculum; and
2) all correspondence between OSI Employer representatives/resources and
CCPAT (previously CSRTC) regarding COTA curriculum and CFT-CO
curriculum; and
3) any documents regarding the approval of the CFT-CO curriculum, as it
relates to OSI training content.
Without limiting the above and also by February 21, 2023, the Employer
will provide either;
a) the emails and documents that were in the possession of Lou-
Ann Lucier up until the date of her retirement; or
b) an estimate by its information technology staff of the time
required to produce (a).
