Decision
[1]Having heard the submissions of the parties, I am satisfied that the Ministry is in
substantial compliance with my previous Decision, issued October 23, 2009.
[2]To ensure full compliance, I Order as follows:
1.The Ministry will credit Mr. Khan with 4 vacation days and 1.5 short term sick plan
days, within the next 45 days;
2.Mr. Khan will be permitted until October 29, 2010 to identify any specific errors in
the calculation of the previous award of a retroactive lump sum payment.
[3] Mr. Khan must raise any other outstanding issues with respect to ongoing
accommodation requirements that arose after January 8, 2010 by filing a fresh grievance.
[4] I will remain seized with respect to any issue that might arise as a result of the
implementation or interpretation of this Decision.
