P' 1__ 1 Upon hearing the submissions of the parties, it is ordered that: 1. Beginning with the schedule effective January 15, 2001, the Hospital will endeavor to distribute the available regularly scheduled hours equitably amongst the regular part-time employees in the housekeeping department in Walkerton. This commitment is subject to the availability of the employees and shall not result in an employee being entitled to premium pay. 2. The grievor, Darlene Kraemer, commits to be available, on a regular basis, to work the hours assigned to. her pursuant to paragraph 1 above, subject to the department's rules, and the Collective Agr~ement provisions, on the exchange of shifts. 3. This award is based upon the unique circumstances of the grievance and, therefore, is of no precedential value whatsoever. Done at London, Ontario, this 30th day of November, 2000 uels, Arbitrator
