Any resulting recommendations for changes shall be implemented if they are approved by the employer's senior management group. 8. The parties shall issue a joint statement to all employees affinning that they will strive to foster and maintain a harassment-free workplace. 9. The parties shall follow the procedure envisaged by the collective agreement for the processing of grievances, with a view to improving communication and facilitating the resolution of matters in issue between them. 10.
