David Whitehead APPEARANCES FOR THE TEACHER: Tom Geldard, 1st Vice President Gary Fordyce, Chief Steward Jean Lovelock, Teacher FOR THE COLLEGE: Ingrid Hobbs, Personnel Officer Monte Black, Chair ESL/EIS Informal discussions regarding this matter were. held in London, Ontario on September 21, 1990. A WAR D One workload referral, #90035, was referred to ,me in this appointment. At the hearing on September 21, 1990, Ms. Lovelock and representatives of the College and of the Union reached an agreement to resolve this referral. I have agreed to their request to incorporate the terms of agreement in this award. My award is, therefore, as follows: 1.
