This work had been bargaining unit work prior to the restructuring. Since restructuring and the planned transfer of the Elmgrove Acute Care Unit to the Brockville General Hospital in early 2012, there will not be sufficient work to warrant any bargaining unit positions. But however, the evidence presented by the parties indicates that there were opportunities missed for bargaining unit work accordingly the union shall be compensated in the amount of two thousand dollars in full satisfaction of this grievance.
