Decision
[1] This is a termination grievance. The parties met on June 18, 2024 to mediate a
settlement of the grievance. However, they determined that prehearing production
was necessary to facilitate mediation. This case direction outlines the parties’
agreement on prehearing production and preparation for mediation.

mediation/arbitration. The parties reserve their right to provide additional
argument(s) at arbitration.
