[2] Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the Board hereby directs as follows: 1. The Employer is directed to produce to the Union copies of all documents upon which it intends to rely in these proceedings. 2. To the extent that there are any further documents in the employer’s procession which are arguably relevant to the matters in issue in this case, the Employer is directed to provide Union counsel with a list of any such documents and any disputes regarding the production of such documents may be taken up with the Board. 3. The production of any documents under the terms of this order is subject to the following conditions: (a) The documents produced are to be used only for the purposes of this matter and are not to be used for any other purpose or matter. (b) The documents produced are to remain in the procession of Union counsel and, subject to the immediate needs of the instant matter, are not to be shared, copied or otherwise distributed.
