Abramsky Vice-Chair FOR THE UNION Tim Hannigan Ryder Wright Blair & Holmes LLP Barristers and Solicitors FOR THE EMPLOYER Ferina Murji Ministry of Government Services Labour Practice Group Counsel HEARING September 20, 2012. - 2 - Decision [1] Further to the hearing of September 20, 2012 and the Employer’s requests for particulars and disclosure, the Board hereby orders the Union to provide the Employer with the information requested in its correspondence to the Union and, in particular, its letter dated March 12, 2012. [2] The Board hereby directs the Union to provide the requested information to counsel for the Employer no later than sixty (60) days after the date of this order. In the event that the Union fails to provide the required information within that time frame, the Employer will be entitled to bring a motion requesting dismissal of the grievances before me and the Union will have to show cause to justify its failure and to convince this Board not to dismiss the grievances.
