Mr. Wil,liam Jennings was employed in a number of positions by
the Ministry of Correctional Services from July 1968 until he was
dismissed on November 27, 1978. On December 6, 1978 Mr. Jennings
submitted a grievance alleging that he was unjustly dismissed, which
was processed to the arbitration stage. The parties voluntarily decide!
to review their respective positions on this matter in April, 1980, and
in order to avoid further legal costs and the cost of arbitration, they
agreed to resolve the matter on the following terms that would become
the decision of the Grievance Settlement Board.
