SERVICE GRIEVANCE SETTLEhlENT BOARD:

The parties agree that the Class Stalldards for the Paramedic.Series, attaclled as
Appendix A to this Agreement, are appropriate standards for the classification of
all employees within the Ministry currently classified within the Ambulance
Officer Series.
The parties agree to meet for the purposes of establishing salary ranges for the
class ~standards within the Paramedic Series pursuant to Article 5.8 of the
Collective Agreement.
This agieement is made without prejudice to the rights of the parties to
negotiate/arbitrate any issues arising regarding interest and retroactivity.
This agreement shall be made an order of the Grievance Settlement Board.
