appearance in Form 38C prescribed by the Rules of Civil
Procedure, serve it on the applicant's lawyer or, where the

file it, with proof of service, in the office of the Divisional
Court, and you or your lawyer must appear at the hearing.

_APPLICATION
The applicant makes application for an order quashing and
setting aside the decision of the Ontario Grievance
Settlement Board dated May 25, 1988.
The grounds for the application are:
(a) that the Board made a jurisdictional error in finding
that the employer imposed no discipline on the grievor
in the circumstances of this case:
(b) such further and other grounds as counsel may advise.
The following documentary evidence will 'be used at the
hearing of the application:
(a) the notice of application for judicial review;
(b) the affidavit of Stephen M. Grant together with
