Attached is a Minutes of Settlement which the parties agreed to
issue as a Board Order.

MNoTES OF SFITLEMENT
Without prejudice and precedent the parties agree
to the following:

The Ministry agrees that certain responsibilities
Of the position in question do not properly fit the
Clerk 4 General classification.
The Ministry agrees to reclassify the Grievor to
the OAG 9 level retroactive to December 31, 1985.
The Ministry agrees to place the Grievor at the top
of OAG 9 salary range effective December 31, 1985.
The Ministry agrees to pay compensation to the
Grievor for the salary difference, arising from
this reclassification from December 31,
1985.
The Ministry will make its best efforts to provide
the payment referred to in paragraph 4 within
90 working days of the signing of this Agreement.
The Grievor agrees to withdraw the above-noted
grievance.
This Agreement is made without prejudice to the
Grievor's right to pursue any exist+3 or future
grievance with respect to her OAG classification.
This Agreement is to be issued as an award of the
Grievance Settlement Board.
