issue as a Board Order.

MINUTES OF SETTLEMENT
Without prejudice and precedent the parties agree to
the following:

The Ministry agrees to reclassify the Grievora to the
OAG 5 level in accordance vlth Schedule A attached.
The Hinlstrg agrees to pay compana~~tion ro the
Grievor3 for the salary difference arising from this
reclassification from December 31, 1985 or their start
date in she Unit, whichever is lacer.
The Ministry will make its beat efforts to provide
payment referred to in paragraph 2 within 2 months
of the signing of this agreement.
The grievor6 agree LO accept the shove in settlement
of the above-noted grievance.
This egreemcnr 1s made without prejudice to the
Grievore’ right to pursue 8ny axioting or future
grievances with respect to their OAG-classification-
