MINUTES OF SETTLEMENT
BETWEEN:
O.P.S.E.U. (the Union)
-and-
Maureen Hamilton i
(the Grievor)
The Crown in Right of Ontario
(Ministry of Correctional Services)
(the Ministry)
The parties agree to the full and complete settlement of the
grievance of Maureen Hamilton dated January 23rd 1986 without prejudice and without precedent on the following basis:
1. The grievor's position will be converted to an O.A.G. 10
classification effective December 31, 1985.
2. The ' will be paid the of $6301.97 less withh%~~f as required by law for i?et amount of $4587.84
3. The parties agree that this settlement will not be used as a precedent by either party.
'4 . Subject to the fulfilment of the terms of these Minute,s of
Settlement, the grievance is hereby withdrawn by the union and the grievor.
5. The parties agree to incorporate these Minu~tes of Settlement into an order of the Boar>d.
