Collict, Member OPSEU No.: BIG14 GSB No. : -i-H+%4 IN THE RATTER OF AW ARBITRATION .347 /a7 BEFORE THE GRIEVANCE SETTLEMENT BOAR0 BETWEEN: ONTARIO PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES UNIOW (Dunn) Union - and - THE CROWN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO (Ministry of Correctional Services) Employer NINUTES OF SETTLEIIENT The parties, without prejudice and without precedent, hereby agree to settle this grievance as set out below: 1. The Ministry will immediately reclassify the grievor to the classification of Maintenance Mechanic 3 effective March 4, 1987 and will forthwith pay to the grievor all lost back pay and benefits from that date, along with interest per the usual Grievance Settlement Board formula. 2.
