In the course of the hearing the parties reached the following settlement and requested that it be issued in the form of an award: 1. The Ministry agrees that management of Waterloo Wellington Central Ambulance Communications Centre should have ‘advised the grievor of the availability of Narch 19, 1987 as a vacation day. 2. The Ninistry agrees that management of the \!arerloo Wellington Central Ambulance Communications Centre will in the future, advise all employees requestins vacation days, as to which days of those requested are available a.s vacation days.
