DECISION
This case is a classification grievance and was settled halfway through the
first day of the hearing on the following basis:
The grievor will be considered to be on an acting appointment to the position
of Data Processing Technician IV from October 7, 1988 to April 7, 1989. Her salary will
be adjusted to reflect the higher classification in accordance with Article 5 of the
Collective Agreement.
