INTERIM DECISION
The issue of the interpretation to be placed upon Article 27.2.1 of the
collective agreement is central to the resolution of this grievance. The
case of Pierre, 0492186, which turned on that issue, is now the subject of
an application for.judicial review before the Divisional Court.
In accordance with Board practice our decision in the present matter will
await the outcome of that application.
