DECISION
The parties agreed to a consent award. The Grievor, Mr. Dunec is to be
paid acting pay at the Highway General Foreman 1, applicable for 1986/87,
winter season. The re-classification to Highway Equipment Operator 2
referred to in the letter dated June 13, 1988 from J.D. Henderson will be
rescinded, as well as the letter itself. Mr. Dunec will be reinstated to
the position of Highway Equipment Operator 3. Mr Dunec withdraws this
grievance and his grievance dated July 5, 1988, relating to the letter of
June 13, 1988.
