Employer
Without prejudice and without precedent, thei parties
agree that the grievance shall be settled on the following
basis:
1. The- employer shall properly reclassify the grievors
within a reasonable period of time and compensate them
for all loss of pay and benefits retroactive,to 20 days
prior to the date of the grievances.

2. The Grievance Settlement Board shall retain
- 2-
jurisdiction with respect to the implementation of this
award.
3. The parties agreed that this shall be an order of the
Grieva& Sdztlement Board.
Upon the fulfillment of the above terms of settlement,
the grievances shall be withdrawn.
